• As a Product Marketing Manager at 12twenty, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our product’s narrative, working closely with Growth Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate complex features into clear, compelling stories for our customers. • You’ll focus on understanding and refining product-market fit, crafting messaging for campaigns, and developing sales enablement materials that drive results. • Success in this role means creating product marketing strategies that highlight how 12twenty transforms outdated practices into innovative solutions, empowering both our customers and internal teams. • Develop and own product narratives and solution messaging, communicating core benefits, use cases, and value for customers in a visual and written medium. • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to provide designers and copywriters with wireframe concepts, clear messaging, and campaign impact direction. • Work with Product Managers to understand product-market fit, refine messaging, and support product growth initiatives. • Lead research efforts to capture the voice of the customer, including gathering insights to drive positioning and marketing strategy. • Orchestrate sales enablement initiatives, delivering assets that support the sales team in pitching and closing deals. • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing and sales touch points. • Partner and assist with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and drive customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related role, with experience working closely with Growth Marketing, Product, and Sales teams. • Proven ability to translate complex product features into clear, customer-focused benefits. • Experience conducting market research and capturing the voice of the customer to drive product positioning. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling narratives. • Experience with SaaS products and a solid understanding of product-market fit. • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • A self-starter with strong business acumen, able to ask the right questions and make sound decisions.
