We are backed by top VCs like Insight Partners, 01 Advisors, Baseline Ventures, and Haystack. β€’ What You'll Do β€’ As the first GTM Recruiter at Haus, you'll play a vital role in attracting and hiring top talent to the Haus Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Success teams at the front lines of our hyper-growth journey. Your expertise in scaling GTM hiring in a start-up environment will be critical as you partner with senior GTM leaders on building a robust GTM hiring engine, contributing to our ambitious goal of doubling in size next year. Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree β€’ 4-6 years of experience specifically in recruiting GTM roles, with at least 2 of those years at a fast-growing startup. β€’ Proven track record of attracting top talent across GTM levels and functions, including Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Engineers, SDRs, diverse Marketing roles, Customer Success Managers, and Customer Success Onboarding Managers. β€’ Understanding of building from 0-1 and how to iterate on process, fast-paced environments, and GTM candidate personas. β€’ Experience with Lever ATS (experience with other ATS' such as Ashby is a plus) β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Strong organizational and project management skills. β€’ Interest in developing a world-class software company.
