β’ Account Manager is responsible for building strategic customer relationships to drive contract renewal and product cross-sell expansion. β’ Involved in facilitating Go-to-Market strategy and engaging with customer base. β’ Engages with C-Level executives to provide software solutions for business challenges. β’ Primarily communicates via email and phone, some onsite travel required. β’ Quota-carrying role responsible for full sales cycle including renewal and expansions.
