• SeekWell aims to simplify and enhance vision care access. • As Sr. Digital Marketing Manager, drive glasses adoption and retention. • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute impactful marketing strategies for customer segments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email / SMS marketing and preferably in an e-commerce, direct-to-consumer business • Demonstrated expertise using customer data platforms and marketing automation tools to reach targeted customer segments with relevant and effective messaging • High proficiency with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences • Comfortable with the hands-on execution needed to deliver business outcomes such as retention, cross-sell, and NPS • Dedication to creating effective customer-facing communications and experiences including establishing and testing different messaging frameworks to unlock growth • Ability to lead cross-functional groups where you don’t directly manage team members • Demonstrated success advancing marketing strategy while also executing day-to-day work • Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over quality and accuracy • Excellent project management and organizational skills
