• 3-5 years of experience in website strategy, digital marketing, or a related field. • Experience working with international teams, particularly in non-English speaking countries, ideally in Europe. • Proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and similar platforms. • Experienced in setting up tracking, analyzing user behavior, creating custom reports, and deriving actionable insights to drive data-informed decisions. • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. • Knowledge of SEO best practices and technical SEO. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to effectively communicate strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Stay informed about the latest trends in web design, UX/UI, and digital marketing. • Experiment with new tools and techniques to continuously improve website performance.
