• Assist with developing, implementing, and managing Pompa Program's digital marketing strategy to enhance the company's online visibility. • Analyze website traffic and provide regular internal reports using Google Analytics and other tools. • Continuously improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to drive more organic traffic to the website. • Contribute to the ideation and creation of compelling content marketing, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media messages. • Optimize marketing funnels to convert leads into qualified prospects and customers. • Collaborate with design, sales, and product development teams to develop brand awareness and strengthen Pompa Program’s online reputation. • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for improvement. • Ensure that every piece of content includes effective Calls to Action (CTAs) to guide audience engagement. • Perform other duties as assigned to support Pompa Program’s growth and mission.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field highly preferred. • Proven experience in digital marketing, with proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing funnel optimization. • Strong content creation skills, particularly in creating compelling and engaging online content. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Ability to analyze data and present clear and actionable reports.
