• Responsible for co-managing the recruitment administration tasks • Manage ATS database on a daily basis • Edit, organize, format and build spreadsheets • Review, edit and format resumes • Develop a strong understanding of the real estate investments • Proactively create a database of candidates • Reach out to candidates on LinkedIn • Post roles and review applicant resumes • Screen/interview candidates through video interviews • Write candidate profiles & reference reports • Manage email correspondence and inquiries
