β’ Responsible for managing and developing accounts in Germany. β’ Work with high level of independency with key accounts and grow new relationships. β’ Support opportunities brought in across the sales team. β’ Review customer support agent activity and quality. β’ Maintain the highest level of professionalism throughout interactions with key stakeholders in the IoT industry. β’ Define your own sales strategy to attract new customers and grow 1NCE's market share. β’ Develop accurate forecasting and clear execution plans. β’ Work with wider sales, partner and alliance teams to build and maintain relationships with partners. β’ Remain customer focused at all times and strive to maintain the 1NCE brand as the best provider of IoT connectivity. β’ Work with the international team to achieve the regional targets. β’ Develop strong and lasting relationships with customers and partners based on trust and strive for highest levels of customer satisfaction.
β’ At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IoT or telecommunications sales market, with focus on customer acquisition and direct sales with a good network of contacts. β’ Ability to build relationships with industry partners and educate them on 1NCE's offerings. β’ Fluency in spoken and written German and English is mandatory for this position. β’ A passion for working with an experienced and motivated leadership team focused on creating a high growth business in a short period of time. β’ Excellent communication skills and open-minded and committed team player with the ability to work also independently, goal-oriented and willing to travel frequently.
