Description

• Responsible for managing and developing accounts in Germany. • Work with high level of independency with key accounts and grow new relationships. • Support opportunities brought in across the sales team. • Review customer support agent activity and quality. • Maintain the highest level of professionalism throughout interactions with key stakeholders in the IoT industry. • Define your own sales strategy to attract new customers and grow 1NCE's market share. • Develop accurate forecasting and clear execution plans. • Work with wider sales, partner and alliance teams to build and maintain relationships with partners. • Remain customer focused at all times and strive to maintain the 1NCE brand as the best provider of IoT connectivity. • Work with the international team to achieve the regional targets. • Develop strong and lasting relationships with customers and partners based on trust and strive for highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IoT or telecommunications sales market, with focus on customer acquisition and direct sales with a good network of contacts. • Ability to build relationships with industry partners and educate them on 1NCE's offerings. • Fluency in spoken and written German and English is mandatory for this position. • A passion for working with an experienced and motivated leadership team focused on creating a high growth business in a short period of time. • Excellent communication skills and open-minded and committed team player with the ability to work also independently, goal-oriented and willing to travel frequently.
