• Drive Industry Change: Be a key driver in a company that is on its way to changing the IoT industry. • Define Sales Strategy: Define and execute your own sales strategy to gain new customers and grow 1NCE market share in your assigned countries of responsibility. • Develop Accurate Forecasts: Create accurate forecasts, account plans, and clear execution plans to guide successful outcomes. • Collaborate Internationally: Interact with the international team to align efforts and achieve regional targets. • Customer-Obsessed Mindset: Maintain a customer-obsessed mindset, striving to uphold the 1NCE brand as the best-in-class IoT connectivity provider. • Build Strong Relationships: Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with customers based on trust, aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Hunting experience: Track record of successfully building and closing new business opportunities in complex sales environments. • Strong Negotiator: Skills to handle objections, pricing discussions, and contract terms • Consultative Sales Experience: Possess at least five years of relevant work experience in consultative sales and direct sales within the IoT market, with a robust network of contacts. • Deep roots and connections in the Utilities sector will be a bonus. • Telecommunication Sector Interest: Deeply interested in the telecommunication sector with successful experience in this dynamic industry. • IoT Solutions Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of IoT solutions and an in-depth knowledge of different IoT verticals and relevant clients. • Passion for High-Growth: Have a passion for working with an experienced and motivated leadership team focused on creating a high-growth company in a short timeframe. • Proven Sales Track Record: Showcase a proven track record in sales, particularly in customer acquisition. • Partnership Development: Capable of developing relationships with industry partners and effectively educating them on 1NCE's offerings. • Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English. • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and be an open-minded and committed team player. • Autonomous Work: Capable of working autonomously with a focus on set targets and a willingness to travel frequently.
