Requirements

• 5 years of experience working in the SaaS industry in a similar capacity, which includes 1+ years of experience leading a team. • Proven Sales Leadership, within SaaS with a focus on SMB accounts or Top Performance in Inside Sales as an IC ready to step up. • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams. • Strong background in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth. • Deep understanding of cybersecurity, preferably in Identity Access Management, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a broad audience. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for coaching and mentoring sales professionals. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and strategy. • Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events. • Self-motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
