• Experience: 5-8 years of sales experience in the MSP space, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a hunter role. • Solution Selling: Strong understanding of technology solutions, with experience tailoring solutions to resolve complex business challenges. • Sales Skills: Skilled in asking how/why questions to dig deeper into client needs and understand their core business challenges. • Negotiation: Effective at negotiating contracts and terms, with a focus on building mutual value for the company and clients. • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and driven, able to independently generate leads and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with executive-level stakeholders.
