Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and three years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High school diploma/ GED and ten years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment • Current, valid Driver’s license • Three years of selling Abrasives and Tools in a private, public, government or military environment • Proven expertise in Abrasives, tools, and related accessories • Experience in Industrial market sales and distribution • Experience with Abrasives & Tools specific to industrial safety regulations • Experience in managing complex multi-location key accounts • Experience negotiating contracts and price terms • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration to drive positive customer impact • Effective CRM utilization to manage business plan attainment and territory management • Ability to lead a cross functional team to deliver customer driven sales results
