• Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World • Responsible for growing the graphics and signage business • Develop close business relationships with Distributors, Graphic Manufacturers, Sign Companies • Develop and execute comprehensive Territory Sales Plan • Maintain a healthy Sales Pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM data • Achieve a growth forecast based in part by the implementation of corporate goals and directives • Hold minimum Quarterly business reviews with all Distributor Branches • Schedule periodic joint sales calls with all Distributor sales professionals • Cultivate relationships with all graphic manufacturers, sign shops and end users • Maintain regular contact with all Franchise owned businesses • Work cross-functionally with other teams to assist in corporate goals and objectives • Timely reporting and fiscal responsibility • Driving a company vehicle

Requirements

• Current, valid Driver’s License • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution & three (3) years field sales experience in a public, private or military environment • High School diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution & seven (7) years field sales experience in a public, private or military environment • Consultative Selling experience • Self-motivated, self-starting • Dynamic presence with ability to build relationships with both internal and external customers • Documented track record for exceeding sales forecasts • Sales experience within graphics markets • Task and Goal oriented • Flexible with the ability to adapt to changing markets and economic conditions • Adept at Salesforce, Outlook, XLSX, Powerpoint
