• 1+ years of experience in sales; experience with advertising sales for media or mobile solutions is a plus. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH region. • Strong understanding of DACH market dynamics, including client preferences and cultural nuances. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; with the ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders. • Proven ability to drive the full sales cycle, from acquisition and lead generation to deal closure. • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset and knowledge of online formats, benchmarks and KPIs. • Fluent in German and English. • Willingness to travel within the DACH region as required.
