β’ At least 15 years of relevant sales experience, with 7 years+ of people management and sales leadership experience β’ Proven track record recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing Managers and Strategic Account Executives β’ Experience coaching and enabling with a track record of developing A+ talent β’ Mastery of Force Management (Command of the Message) or similar sales methodology β’ Advanced in dealing with ambiguity and complexity to navigate uncertainty and lead the team through change β’ Experience with creating sales plans, territory plans, account plans, processes and playbooks with cross-functional partners β’ Proven cross-functional partnership with Customer Success, Enablement, RevOps, Marketing β’ Domain expertise specifically within Sales, Marketing and/or RevOps β’ Proven track record in leading and coaching a high performing team to hunt new business and expand customer accounts β’ Executive presence in value selling to Enterprise CMOs, VPs, Demand Gen, Marketing Operations, and Sales leaders β’ Diversity evangelism and sponsorship β’ 30%-40% of travel required to drive deals and meet face to face with the strategic sales team β’ 4-year BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
