📋 Description

• The Field Marketing Manager (US West) is responsible for devising and executing regionalized marketing strategies. • Collaborating with sales teams to analyze regional market dynamics and tailor activities for optimal impact. • Establishing a strong regional presence, driving brand awareness, and facilitating lead generation and sales growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • Proven 5-7 years experience in field marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry. • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and the buyer's journey. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Metric-driven with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team environment. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in managing budgets and reporting, including Microsoft Excel, G-suite and SFDC or equivalent sales reporting tool. • Confident and creative with a dynamic personality. • Works well in a fast-paced environment and has a positive, fail-fast and energetic attitude, with a strong work ethic. • Ability to travel 20% when dictated by the needs of the business and safe to do so.
