β€’ Oversee and manage the overall partner experience strategy and initiatives β€’ Responsible for managing the Partner Enablement team β€’ Cultivate and grow a strategic relationship with internal teams to drive Channel Program's growth initiatives and strategy β€’ Develop and implement programs to enhance partner engagement and loyalty β€’ Monitor and analyze partner feedback, metrics, and performance to drive continuous improvement β€’ Identify areas of improvement in the partner experience and work with cross functional teams to implement necessary changes; Ensure the training catalog supports the partner journey and accelerates partners path to revenue β€’ Liaise with the global Channel Marketing organization to align GTM programs with partner journey and strategy

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of management experience in a channel environment β€’ Advanced knowledge and experience working with global channel partners β€’ Experience building innovative and creative GTM and partner programs β€’ Strong project management background β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Exceptional interpersonal skills; a focused listener β€’ Superior negotiation skills that drive successful partnerships β€’ Exhibits a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a high degree of personal initiative β€’ Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time-management β€’ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; meet established deadlines β€’ Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment and accomplish tasks with self-direction β€’ Ability to be flexible and responsive; able to reprioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high work standards β€’ Technologically savvy; including familiarity with Google Workspace and Salesforce β€’ Leadership experience
