Description
• Maintain and grow client relationships • Lead product payer strategy development • Drive managed markets initiatives • Ensure quality of deliverables and client interactions • Complete projects on time and budget • Provide leadership as primary contact for clients • Partner with Cencora counterparts for business opportunities • Present client capabilities and staffing proposals • Train and develop internal staff • Develop and maintain client relationships • Manage client expectations and internal direction • Collaborate with market research and global teams • Ensure proper staffing within budget • Design and deliver various project types • Overall responsibility for team performance
Requirements
• BS/BA required, advanced degree preferred (PharmD, MBA) • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in payer or brand marketing within the pharmaceutical industry or a pharmaceutical AoR • Structured and well organized • Proven ability to simultaneously handle multiple workstreams • Demonstrated success within the consulting environment or pharmaceutical industry • Significant knowledge base of brand planning, managed markets, reimbursement, and/or health economics • Ability to interact with and uncover and/or develop client needs • Exceptional writing skills and ability to communicate complex material • Strong presentation skills for both internal and client communications • Strong interpersonal skills to develop long-term client relationships • High emotional intelligence to lead and mentor associates • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic consulting firm • Willingness to travel to client sites / conferences (maximum 20% of time)
