Description
• Drive delivery of R&D portfolio strategy, reports, analyses, assessments and insights • Lead portfolio strategy reviews and prioritization • Maintain understanding of R&D portfolio drivers • Support governance with project and portfolio management information • Measure and report on progress against objectives • Be knowledgeable regarding external benchmarks and competitor information
Requirements
• BA/BS Degree required; Masters preferred • 8+ years experience in clinical and drug development in biotech/pharmaceutical industry (Bachelor's) • 6+ years experience in clinical and drug development in biotech/pharmaceutical industry (Master's) • 4+ years experience in clinical and drug development in biotech/pharmaceutical industry (PhD) • Thorough knowledge of drug development & commercialization • Familiarity with pharmaceutical portfolio strategy development • Strategic thinking to make sound judgements and decisions • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across organization • Strong leadership, influence, negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in written and verbal English • Self-motivated and energetic
