Description

• As a member of the LeadershipTeam, implement financial processes that are compliant and efficient. • Manage accounting, audit, tax, internal controls, reporting and work with the Board.

Requirements

• Establish financial strategies for long-term profitable growth of the company, manage accounting, and control all functions of the finance department, while providing cross departmental support • Prepare financial models, reports and statements for internal and external use • Plan cash flows and oversee investments • Manage activities related to finances, taxation and capitalization of equity, including capitalization table activity through the Carta software platform • Oversee the annual business insurance renewal process; manage insurance certificates and their distribution to appropriate parties along with other ad-hoc insurance requirements • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Own monthly close and reporting, developing efficient and effective financial processes that are ready to scale • Manage the external audit • Ensure full GAAP compliance and improve existing control infrastructure • Provide a financial perspective on contracts and commitments made by the company
