Description

• Responsible for providing technical control support and day-to-day administration of HCM systems • Optimization of HR System functionality thru automation or other enhancements • Develop and manage reports or queries using appropriate tools • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HRIS data through regular audits and analyses • Stay informed about the latest trends in HRIS technologies and practices

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in human resources • Experience in developing, implementing, and modifying internal organizational reporting / analysis required • Strong working relationships with end users and business leaders • Understanding of Workday design, structure, and processes • Experience with Workday reporting tools • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills • Superb verbal and written communication skills
