Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and HR information systems • Administer and explain benefits programs to employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns • Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting initiatives • Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures • Conduct HR-related training sessions on various topics, such as compliance and company policies • Handle employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism • Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Assist with payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs • Contribute to HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving employee experience and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist capacity • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing workplace challenges • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Experience with data analysis and reporting to support HR decision-making • Experience with 15five.com is highly desirable • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and fostering a positive work environment
