Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in HR operations, with a focus on onboarding and performance management. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Certifications: SHRM-CP. PHR or similar.
