Description

• Partner closely with managers and talent across our Go-to-Market teams. • Coach and develop our managers to lead high-performing teams and grow our people. • Advise managers and employees on components impacting employee experience. • Execute process improvements to identify opportunities for leveraging and deploying talent. • Be a trusted advisor to ServiceTitan leaders on people-related matters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR business experience, ideally with 3+ years as an HR business partner in a scaling environment. • Well-rounded experience with a variety of HR disciplines such as employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development. • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence. • Ability to establish, foster, and maintain strong relationships across the organization at all levels. • Adaptable, flexible, and understand how to achieve a balance between business goals and HR best practices.
