Requirements

β€’ Prior demonstrated HR generalist experience or in a similar role β€’ Experience working with organizations going through change or transformation preferred β€’ Excellent analytical skills including experience with business reporting and employee opinion data. β€’ Ability to analyze data, visualize and narrate a compelling story that promotes fact-based decision making β€’ Excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing skills at all levels of an organization β€’ Motivated self-starter with a passion for talent management and career development β€’ Enjoy collaborating with teams to deliver successful projects and initiatives β€’ Detail-oriented with skills in project management, change management, and coordination β€’ Creative thinker and problem solver
