Description
• Responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Workday HCM system. • Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other systems using EIBs. • Lead and support Workday-related projects. • Provide end-user support and training. • Develop, manage, and maintain HR and payroll-related reports. • Identify and implement process improvements within Workday. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and security protocols.
Requirements
• In-depth knowledge of integrations, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders), and reporting within Workday. • Strong data analysis, research, problem-solving, and testing skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. • Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
