Description

• The Human Resources Manager ensures that employee life cycle processes are supported and run smoothly. • This position leads ExecOnline’s HR initiatives and ensures that tactical HR support is provided to employees at all levels. • Acts as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition interactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience • Experience independently handling complex employee relations issues and running investigations • Knowledge of related HRIS systems • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders • Strong organizational and project management skills • Self-starter mentality, with strong motivational and leadership skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities • Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential information, and apply sound judgment in all situations • Strong written and verbal communication skills
