Senior Auto Claims Adjuster

Description
• Handle complex non-injury auto claims • Verify and explain coverages • Conduct liability investigations • Advise customers of liability decisions • Set expectations about claims process with members • Obtain police reports and witness statements • Reach out to other adjusters and keep members informed of claim status
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED or 2 years’ experience in a customer facing virtual environment • 2+ years of adjusting complex auto claims experience required • May require Adjusters and appraiser license as required by state • Bachelor Degree, Property and Casualty industry experience preferred • 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting • Flexibility to work any shift during the operating hours of 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. PST • Capability to train and perform the job in a remote setting as required
