Description
• Under general supervision, receives, responds and handles incoming telephone calls from members. • Utilize selling skills to build member relationship. • Cross sells appropriate club products using expertise and member information. • Accurately and courteously explains policies and procedures. • Handle and resolve membership enquiries including billing, renewal, upgrades, and payments. • Fulfill and close promotional information and publications. • Sell new memberships and upgrades whenever possible. • Act as primary contact for membership sales through various channels. • Assist members through verbal and written information about various services. • Complete Triptik requests and assist in vacation planning. • Receive and process Emergency Road Service calls as needed.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group products • Prior experience in a customer servicing and relationship position. • Basic computer knowledge and skills. • Excellent communications skills and good customer service skills. • Must have soft sell skills and be able to multi-task.
