β’ Under general supervision, receives, responds and handles incoming telephone calls from members. β’ Utilize selling skills to build member relationship. β’ Cross sells appropriate club products using expertise and member information. β’ Accurately and courteously explains policies and procedures. β’ Handle and resolve membership enquiries including billing, renewal, upgrades, and payments. β’ Fulfill and close promotional information and publications. β’ Sell new memberships and upgrades whenever possible. β’ Act as primary contact for membership sales through various channels. β’ Assist members through verbal and written information about various services. β’ Complete Triptik requests and assist in vacation planning. β’ Receive and process Emergency Road Service calls as needed.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent β’ Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses required for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group products β’ Prior experience in a customer servicing and relationship position. β’ Basic computer knowledge and skills. β’ Excellent communications skills and good customer service skills. β’ Must have soft sell skills and be able to multi-task.
