Description

• Manages the development and implementation process of the company's products and services. • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. • Provide project management consultation and mentorship of the various project phases and deliverables. • Assigns tasks, tracks project schedules, identifies risks, and develops and executes contingency plans. • Utilizes standard development methodologies and collaborates with SQA to develop and execute project quality plans. • Prepares standard status reports and participates in departmental and customer project status update meetings. • Works with team members, project customers, and others to resolve project issues. • Shares project management knowledge with internal project groups and mentors junior project leaders. • Participates in external project management organizations, conferences, and seminars. • Understands the business environment and relates extensive knowledge of internal and external technological activities to trends. • Facilitates training and provides feedback and guidance to other technical contributors. • Plans and organizes project assignments of substantial variety and complexity. • Selects methods and techniques to lead a project to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related technical field. • 5-7 years General Business Experience. • 8-10 years General Project Management Experience. • Comprehensive knowledge of a particular technological field. • Uses in-depth knowledge of business unit functions and cross-group dependencies/relationships. • Recognized as an expert within the work group and across functions. • Ability to perform tasks in a quality system environment. • Ability to work on complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of various factors. • Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods and evaluation criteria.
