Description
• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation. • Partner with stakeholders to identify and address implementation issues. • Act as single point of contact for benefit plan implementation. • Develop and execute implementation strategy. • Ensure strategy is administered in accordance with performance guarantees. • Solicit and assess internal and external customer feedback.
Requirements
• 3-5 years project management and leadership experience. • Experience with Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Outlook. • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to remain flexible yet focused during stressful situations. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to express complex concepts clearly. • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple assignments.
