📋 Description

• This position is a remote opportunity for the Nutrition Division. • The National Account Manager – Military will lead the channel at Abbott Nutrition. • The role will require strategic development to deliver against business aspirations. • Develop and implement plans to grow business in the channel for customers and Abbott. • Deliver plans in partnership with the preferred agency and proactively identify opportunities for channel expansion and innovation. • Prepare plans, present to customers, develop and negotiate business opportunities while becoming a consultant and partner to Abbott Nutrition business units.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or related field required. • Direct sales and broker management experience within the consumer product goods industry with increasing account responsibility. • Advanced knowledge of sales acumen, trade, category management and marketing concepts/methods (financial and/or analytics acumen is a plus). • Demonstrated ability to execute sales marketing strategies and tactics, assist in the development of strategies. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Strong interpersonal/leadership skills. • Ability to analyze market trends to effectively develop presentations, provide recommendations and business forecasting. • Initiative to identify growth drivers and secure resources to support execution. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Nielsen, and PowerBI. • Strong negotiation, presentation and communication abilities; ability to maintain presence with Sr. Leadership. • Entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to identify whitespace growth opportunities. • Strong strategic thinking skills and highly collaborative across multiple support groups. • Travel 10-20%; position location flexible.
