Description

• Create a customer centric strategy for diverse populations in clinical trials • Develop and implement an internal and external communication plan • Drive the clinical trial diversity and inclusion strategy • Lead the team for patient engagement capabilities and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field required • Advanced degree is desirable • Minimum of 12 years + of pharma-related/clinical research experience or equivalent • 10 years+ of patient recruitment, project management and people management (preferred) • Advanced working knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines required • Operational understanding of the global regulatory environment is desirable • Excellent collaborator and articulate communicator • Ability to communicate persuasively with clarity, flexibility, and adaptability • Strategic thinker with excellent business and financial aptitude
