Description

• Lead the developer relations team, creating a vibrant community around our products • Champion developer needs to internal teams, ensuring feedback integrates into product development • Foster an inclusive community through events and outreach programs • Oversee content creation, educational resources, and metrics reporting • Lead and mentor a team of advocates and managers

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of building and nurturing developer communities, preferably in a high-growth or open-source environment • Strong understanding of developer tools, platforms, and APIs, and experience in communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent the voice of the developer both internally and externally • Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling teams • A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform strategy and decision-making • A passion for technology, open-source, and empowering developers to succeed
