• Join ABBYY and be part of a team that celebrates your unique work style. • As a trusted partner for intelligent automation, we solve highly complex problems for our enterprise customers. • The Vice President of Revenue Operations is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the Revenue Operations departments. • Lead and optimize revenue operations processes to support scaling and efficiency across marketing, sales, and all revenue-producing roles. • Collaborate with executive leadership to set revenue goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment across the Go-To-Market functions. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth. • Develop ad-hoc analytic reports to senior management regarding business development initiatives, customer segment performance, performance against goals, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) • Minimum of 12 years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth environment • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development. (Global leadership experience is preferred) • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
