Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy. • Set measurable goals for the revenue enablement function. • Act as advisor to the CRO on enablement needs. • Create and maintain revenue playbooks and best practice guides. • Develop ongoing training for the current revenue team. • Analyze sales processes and identify optimization opportunities. • Monitor revenue team calls and performance, providing coaching. • Plan and execute revenue events to inspire and educate. • Serve as the bridge between revenue and other departments. • Partner with Marketing to create impactful presentation decks.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a directly comparable role. • Working knowledge of sales tech tools (Salesforce, Gong, etc.) and Learning Management Systems. • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, methodologies, and sales enablement best practices. • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Ability to create compelling sales content and training materials. • A naturally collaborative work style. • Exceptional organizational skills. • Data fluency - comfortable pulling and compiling reports.
