• Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies. • Lead the Revenue Operations function. • Implement and manage scalable processes for revenue growth. • Establish key performance metrics to measure effectiveness. • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis. • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders. • Advocate for the voice of the customer.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, Revenue Operations, or related field. • Proven track record of executing successful GTM strategies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent leadership and team-building skills. • Superior communication and presentation skills. • Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
