Description

• The Senior Mechanical Engineer (SME) Senior Project Manager (SPM) will lead HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Process, and Utility Engineering. • Responsible for mentoring staff and executing design duties for quality products. • Involves project management for cross-discipline MEP/FP projects, maintaining client relations and team budgets. • Acts as a business developer to secure new clients and projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience (post-degree) working for an MEP Engineering Firm or an AE Firm • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering • Professional Engineering (PE) License • Current/Active NCEES registration in good standing • Previous experience in managing workflow for MEP/FP designers and engineers in the Healthcare or Science/Technology fields • Operational Experience in REVIT • Operational experience with Microsoft Projects desired but not required • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
