Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a Customer/Partner Success Director or Customer Success/Partner Manager β€’ 5+ years of experience working in or with enterprise health systems β€’ Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Technical aptitude β€’ Strong problem-solving skills β€’ Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships β€’ Familiarity with CRM software is a plus β€’ Strong organizational and project management capabilities
