🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred. • 6+ years in audit, risk management, or accounting with experience managing complex projects. • Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management, internal controls, financial processes, and audit methodologies. • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. • Skilled in leveraging data, analytics, and technology to drive business improvements. • Strong professional judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively. • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities effectively.
