📋 Description
• Build strong relationships with assigned accounts, understanding their needs and growth potential. • Conduct business reviews to ensure clients maximize SaaS value. • Deliver product demos and guide clients from Closed Won to renewal. • Monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, and mitigate churn risks. • Negotiate and close contract renewals. • Maintain deep product knowledge to advise clients, deliver demos, and assist with feature understanding. • Relay client feedback to enhance products and address specific needs, ensuring satisfaction. • Partner with Customer Success on upsell strategies and with Sales for smooth onboarding. • Provide regular updates on accounts, renewals, and revenue metrics, leveraging CRM tools for tracking.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Preferred) • Experience with Account Management at a B2B SaaS company • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic • Experience working with CRMs
