Description

• Oversee contract compliance requirements for LSP subcontractors • Facilitate collaboration between Acacia ITS team and subcontractors • Monitor LSP subcontractors' use of language access resources • Conduct reviews of LSP subcontractors’ staffing plans • Support referral services oversight and coordination • Manage LSP recruitment and hiring processes • Coordinate contracting process for new LSP subcontractors • Supervise onboarding of new Acacia PRLS team members • Develop written protocols for tasks as needed • Support Associate Program Director with additional TC tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a diverse team, including supervision and mentoring • Demonstrated knowledge of or experience in project management and contractual compliance • Demonstrated knowledge of or experience in immigration law or justice areas • Ability to utilize available data and online resources for tasks as needed • Comfort with and interest in reviewing budgets and proposals • Strong writing, facilitation, and organizational skills • Ability to distill complex information and communicate it to various audiences • Comfort with public speaking and giving presentations • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Flexibility and the ability to quickly pivot when facing challenges • Interest in effectuating change in partnership with the government • An uncompromising commitment to immigrants’ rights and race equity • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
