• The Director, Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the VP of Marketing and Sales Operations and is responsible for supporting and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team through strategic planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. • Monitor and manage sales processes, tools, and systems to support sales goals, improve productivity, and drive revenue growth. • Other responsibilities include support for key lead generation activities and market research. • Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and Sales Operations and the growth team to ensure effective use of Salesforce, contributing to the qualified sales pipeline and assisting in developing and implementing winning sales strategies. • Maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance and KPIs. • Plan and coordinate execution of events.
• Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years sales, sales operations and/or marketing experience • Experience with Salesforce • Experience in executing and managing sales and marketing strategies and plans • Experience planning and executing events • Experience working with healthcare revenue cycle and technology
