📋 Description
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for TomoTherapy and CyberKnife customers • Timely response to customer requirements • Support to customer employed in-house service personnel as needed • Maintain regular communication with direct manager and peers • Appropriately manage and complete expense reports incurred in the field • Provide feedback for service-related product improvements and training for other staff
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in field service, installation, and troubleshooting complex electronic equipment or bachelor’s degree with less field experience considered • Successful candidates will be self-starters with the ability to work without close supervision • Strong system level troubleshooting skills • Strong computer skills with an understanding of basic networking • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment
