• Acentra Health exists to empower better health outcomes through technology, services, and clinical expertise. • Lead the Way is our rallying cry at Acentra Health. • Acentra is looking for a Vice President of State Sales to join our growing team. • The Vice President of Executive Sales is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to expand the company’s Medicaid portfolio. • This role will focus on driving revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful acquisition and retention of Medicaid clients. • Acentra Health combines clinical services, technology solutions, and data analytics to accelerate better health outcomes. • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet company targets for Medicaid business growth. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new sales. • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall company growth objectives. • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the Medicaid sector. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Medicaid market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including state Medicaid agencies, other relevant HHS agencies, and advocacy groups. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. • Work with operations to conduct business reviews with clients to identify opportunities for additional sales and service improvements. • Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline status, sales performance, and market trends. • Provide regular updates to the executive team on progress toward sales goals and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience will be considered • Proven track record of success in strategic sales and client management roles within the Medicaid market. • Strong understanding of Medicaid programs, regulations, and policy. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools. • 50% - 60% travel required.
