Our commitment to helping anybody and everybody committed to realizing their own potential to grow. • We are seeking a highly collaborative and dynamic Director of Professional Sales Training and Enablement to join our team. • In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the Sales team has the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. A top priority will be to create and develop training programs for the sales team and customers.
• 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training role; aesthetic or medical device industry experience preferred • Previous experience developing training curriculum and hosting National Peer-to-Peer Training Webinars • Solid understanding of how to interpret and present clinical data, including the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs and provide coaching and feedback to sales team members • Previous experience with SFDC and utilizing sales analytics tools to guide decision making and strategy • Strong understanding of the sales process, methodologies, and best practices. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure timely completion • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey ideas and strategy • Technical proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce and other sales enablement platforms • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, PowerPoint, and Canva • The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent presentation skills
