β€’ Head of Global API Sales β€’ Vonage helps businesses accelerate digital transformation through customizable communications infrastructure. β€’ Spearhead global sales success across API and CPaaS portfolio. β€’ Develop go-to-market strategies with key business units to support sales initiatives. β€’ Influence cross-functional teams to drive transformational growth and align with business goals. β€’ Inspire and empower a high-performing global sales team. β€’ Oversee business metrics to measure success and identify trends. β€’ Use market insights to refine API/CPaaS product portfolio. β€’ Lead economic and budget analysis for initiatives. β€’ Partner with teams to align product offerings and strategies.

Requirements

β€’ Extensive experience in sales and GTM development - with a strong understanding of the Communication API / CPaaS space β€’ Proven track record in software sales within large, global matrixed organizations. β€’ Experience in leading large sales teams in different geographical locations (200+ people) β€’ Ability to inspire globally matrixed teams to share and follow defined best practices. β€’ Successful history of collaborating with senior leaders to grow businesses across a diverse product portfolio. β€’ Experience in being the voice of a BU. Attending events to spread the word. β€’ In-depth understanding of market dynamics and drivers, with the ability to formulate and align sales GTM strategies. β€’ A longstanding track record of sales excellence β€’ Proven ability to attract, retain, and build/ develop high performing talent through recruitment, selecting, onboarding and consistent coaching. β€’ Demonstrated skills of sales techniques, methodologies, customer interaction and customer relations. This is the heart of what we do. β€’ Strong influencing skills at all organizational levels. β€’ Superb forecasting and reporting capabilities with a solid grasp of key financial metrics, ROI assessment and market insights analysis for both short and long-term health of the business. β€’ Established and consistent success in selling to large enterprise customers, with strong relationships at the C-suite level. β€’ Excellent organization, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem solving and time management skills.
