• Dynamic sales leader driving results and building relationships • Sell Blue Ridge’s retirement plan administration and consulting services • Cultivate sales opportunities within the assigned territory • Collaborate with various sales channels like Advisors and Record Keepers • Establish a trusted resource for plan design consulting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record (TPA or Retirement Record Keeping wholesaling experience a plus) • Willingness to travel: 50-75% travel required within assigned territory • Strong working knowledge of retirement plan services, recordkeeping and DCIO industry • Demonstrated experience in developing relationships with financial advisors, record keeper wholesalers and centers of influence • Strong presentation, facilitation and time management skills • Retirement industry credentials preferred (QKA, CPFA, CPFC, CLU, ChFC) or the ability to obtain
