Description

β€’ Lead and manage a robust team of sales professionals, driving sales strategy and targets. β€’ Cultivate relationships with key accounts, expanding Gourmia's retail and distribution channels. β€’ Mentor and manage the sales team, ensuring they have the resources and training needed. β€’ Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with major retailers. β€’ Attend high-stakes meetings with key clients, participating in negotiations to close deals. β€’ Collaborate with department leaders to synchronize strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences. β€’ Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor strategies to optimize sales strategy.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing sizeable sales teams. β€’ Proven track record of establishing and cultivating relationships with key retail accounts. β€’ Demonstrated experience in expanding into new markets or sales channels. β€’ In-depth understanding of the retail landscape, both domestically and internationally. β€’ Strong negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning skills. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools. β€’ Experience in the small kitchen appliances sector or a related industry is preferred. β€’ Established connections within the retail and distribution network.
