β€’ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet company objectives. β€’ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. β€’ Identify new market opportunities and expand our client base in target sectors. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. β€’ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. β€’ Monitor and assess market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. β€’ Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. β€’ Ability to travel as needed to represent Canyon GBS in the public eye globally with customers, partners, investors, and the community.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. β€’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. β€’ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the tech industry. β€’ Experience in state, local, and education (SLED). β€’ Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
